We have a short week and a 2 hour early release every day as well which means the kids are coming home right after they have lunch. I kept it simple with identical lunches and easy sandwich meat rolls.
Packed in our Easylunchboxes are:
- cheese crackers
- a tangerine
- a roll with either chicken, turkey or pepperoni
- I added a cheese stick for my middle schooler and personalized the lunches with Disney bento picks
